The Chaser 6-ULTRA G2 is a lightweight Center Lock disc brake rotor for road, gravel and performance bicycles. Its floating sandwich construction combines a CNC-machined 7075-T6 aluminum spider, a SUS420 stainless-steel braking track and upgraded titanium rivets.

Performance-focused construction
The redesigned floating structure is intended to improve heat dissipation, torsional stability and rotor alignment under braking loads. Compared with the earlier generation, the source describes up to 30% more braking contact area and increased stopping performance. The track is specified for heat resistance up to 500°C, with high-load testing and reduced deformation.
Installation and maintenance notes
- Lockring: Not included
- Recommended pads: Metal brake pads such as L04C
- Minimum rotor thickness: 1.4mm
- Minimum pad thickness: 0.5mm
- Check installation alignment and follow the appropriate torque requirements for your system.
For riders upgrading a Center Lock wheelset, the G2 offers an ultralight rotor design with a high-strength aluminum spider, stainless braking track and premium titanium hardware.
